I enjoy life and I love myself and other people, and that's about it. :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04014899215415684325noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3924274367011072486.post-89650890793927561722016-05-02T23:44:27.883-07:002016-05-02T23:44:27.883-07:00Thanks Ruth!

I added chlorella and spirulina recently but I still need to quantify how I am doing with all these new additions so I look forward to my results and my consultation with a great functional medicine practitioner I know on Harley Street. The cost is the main frustration for me with that but it is my health of course.

I have filled out some forms to order some tests from European Labs but i will have a look at asyra to compare, thank you. I didn't know that about Turkish Universities, it sounds like they are a step up from us generally speaking. I wish it was included in my studies.

Thank you for your information and I wish you the best of health. I always get so much from everything you have shared with me and that wisdom helps me to learn more about how I can help myself and hopefully others.Andrew Scarboroughhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00008644346839224930noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3924274367011072486.post-89227017616941542852016-04-24T04:30:14.496-07:002016-04-24T04:30:14.496-07:00Hi Andrew! I enjoy reading your blog, as always. L...Hi Andrew! I enjoy reading your blog, as always. Love the autophagy! On the subject of heavy metal / toxicity, let me share that I went this week for a check-up at the bioresonance clinic, after having added fish and fish liver for a few months now to my diet. I did have mercury in my blood now, and as I had brought samples of my food to the check-up, it was easy to see that it was the plain cod liver that was feeding me the mercury. The sardines were clear, I feel happy about that as they are my favourite fish. The smoked cod liver (fished in Denmark) had less mercury than the plain one (fished in Iceland). Go figure! I would have guessed the opposite to be likely. Of course it could have been just these samples, and of course I will not test all the food I eat. I was a bit surpriced to hear that my practitioner recommends not eating livers full stop, be it from fish, birds, or land animals, as the toxins from that animals body are surely left in the liver tissue. That makes sense in a way, and I'll go without liver from now on. She recommendes chlorella instead, for the nutrients.

I got treatment for the mercury, and also, my metabolism of fats was "blocked", so that got worked on as well. A year ago it was carbs that I couldn't metabolize, and I got help with that, right before I found out about zero carb, actually. If you should want to take out some of the guesswork, I encourage you to bring yourself and your favourite foods and supplements to a bioresonance clinic (http://www.asyra.co.uk) and let them have some work done. Did you know that in Turkish Universities, bioresonance is available as a course for medicine students?
Kind regards,
Ruth (Susanna)
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04014899215415684325noreply@blogger.com
