Last night I was asleep by 9pm. I will do the same tonight. Going to sleep late is a type of stress that I don't think is good for the brain. I used to stay up late and had no sleep routine.
This morning I awoke at 5:30am feeling energised and stres free. I had a nice little workout and a stretch while I was up and felt the best I have in a long time. I also benefit at this time from my medication being weakest at the point as I take it at 9am and 9pm every day. This meant I could exercise and be awake rather than feel the strong effects of the medication. Trying to exercise before taking a sedative is much easier than after, trust me!!
